We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented team member to join our marketing and social media team. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and promote our brand across social media and digital channels. You’ll have the opportunity to create engaging content, manage our online community, and help build our brand presence. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
Plan and develop marketing strategies across social media and digital channels. Create and manage a content calendar to maintain consistent branding. Produce multiple pieces of social media content each week to drive awareness and community engagement. Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve results. Research audience trends and market data to inform content strategy. Respond to and engage with community members and customers in a positive, professional manner across all platforms. Continuously refine our marketing approach using data and new tools as they become available.
Skills/background needed
Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to learn best practices. Basic experience with content creation tools such as Canva is a plus, but not required. Interest in digital photography and video is helpful. Any experience with social media management tools is valuable but not essential. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and time management abilities. Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work. Eagerness to learn new skills and develop professionally.
