About the role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to create, manage, and grow our social media presence while developing marketing campaigns that engage our audience.
In this role, you’ll work from home to:
- Create, curate, and manage content (images, video, written) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop and execute marketing plans that increase visibility and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve marketing strategies
- Monitor social media trends and apply new tools and applications to boost our social media presence
- Engage with our community and stakeholders through social media—respond to inquiries and build positive relationships
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email newsletters, and promotional content
- Coordinate special events and promotions
- Research market opportunities and competitive positioning
- Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
Skills and experience we’re looking for
Essential:
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proven ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Understanding of digital marketing basics
- Proactive, creative, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for innovative marketing solutions
Desirable:
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing experience
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and social media growth tactics
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
