We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to help build and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media activities, and learn how to measure what’s working through performance data. You’ll help shape our online presence, build community relationships, and support our marketing goals through social media management. Full training will be provided—no prior experience necessary.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok aligned with marketing goals.
Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with audiences.
Manage daily social media activities, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
Research brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content decisions and campaign adjustments.
Use analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify improvements.
Enhance content visibility through keyword research and best practices for organic reach across digital channels.
Work with other teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging while managing online reputation.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to boost reach and engagement.
Monitor digital marketing performance regularly to assess results and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Experience Needed
Required:
Enthusiasm for social media platforms and digital content creation.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Helpful to have:
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
Basic video editing experience.
Experience engaging with online communities or managing social accounts.
Any background in content creation, branding, or digital marketing.
