About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Create compelling short-form and vertical video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop social-first content that engages audiences and tells meaningful stories
- Produce video content including interviews, field recordings, and studio productions
- Coordinate creative direction, scheduling, and resources with team leadership
- Adapt and optimize content for different social media platforms and formats
- Research current social media trends and audience engagement strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content is timely, relevant, and high-quality
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed:
- A portfolio demonstrating experience creating social media content, particularly short-form and vertical video (such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts)
- Experience creating and managing social media content for an organization, brand, or established account
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, audience engagement, and current trends
- Experience with video editing software and video production techniques
- Ability to tell compelling stories through video
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
