We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll develop and implement social media strategies for a variety of clients, helping them build their online presence and achieve their marketing goals. You’ll work closely with creative and web teams to produce engaging content across multiple platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients
Define key performance indicators for social media campaigns
Manage and oversee social media content creation and posting
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Use social media marketing tools to schedule and organize posts
Work with designers to ensure content is informative and visually appealing
Collaborate with design, web, and communications teams
Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve content performance
Build and maintain professional networks with industry contacts via social media
Provide constructive feedback to team members
Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Skills/background needed:
Experience or strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest
Ability to read and understand social media analytics
Experience with social media scheduling tools
Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic concepts
Familiarity with design and content publishing
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Comfortable meeting deadlines
Design experience is a bonus but not required—full training provided
