Social Media Strategist – Remote (Entry Level)

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our communications team on a fully remote basis. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across social platforms, working with teams across the business to build a cohesive social strategy that supports our marketing goals and builds brand awareness.

You’ll be the connector between different teams — working across departments and marketing groups to translate business priorities into clear social media plans. You’ll develop strategy across organic, influencer, and paid social, ensuring content is engaging, discoverable, and measurable across all digital channels.

About the role:

In this position, you will:

• Develop integrated social strategies across different teams, translating business insights into clear social media plans for campaigns, storytelling, and brand initiatives

• Build social media processes, workflows, and standards that allow the team to operate effectively and consistently across the company

• Define key performance indicators tied to business outcomes and create dashboards to track performance, using social media management tools to publish, listen, engage, and report across channels

• Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages, identify emerging opportunities, and engage with brand ambassadors, partners, creators, and influencers

• Manage the social content calendar and oversee content development for paid and organic campaigns, including product launches and influencer collaborations

• Work with external agencies and partners, setting clear expectations and helping teams across the business improve their social media knowledge through training and collaboration

Skills/background needed:

You should have:

• Knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest) and how they work

• Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools

• Experience working with multiple teams and defining social media strategies

• Experience managing content calendars and external partners or vendors

• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is ideal

No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. If you’re organized, creative, and excited about social media strategy, we’d love to hear from you.
