Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to join our communications team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll develop social media strategy, shape content direction, and drive social campaigns that strengthen our brand presence across platforms.
You’ll connect different teams across the business to build a unified social strategy that supports marketing goals and brand growth. You’ll work across organic, influencer partnerships, and paid content—ensuring everything is engaging, discoverable, shareable, and measurable.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop integrated social strategy across teams, translating marketing priorities into clear social plans that support campaigns and brand storytelling
• Build and scale social media practices from the ground up—creating playbooks, workflows, and standards that work across the company
• Define key performance metrics tied to business outcomes and build dashboards to track and report on performance across channels
• Monitor social conversations, respond to community comments, identify trends, and spot opportunities for rapid response and campaign planning
• Own the social content calendar and oversee content development for paid and organic campaigns, including product launches and influencer partnerships
• Manage relationships with agencies and external partners, setting clear expectations and ensuring quality outcomes
• Train and support teams across the business to elevate their social media skills and knowledge
Skills/background needed:
• Experience developing social media strategy and managing content calendars (no prior experience necessary—full training provided)
• Familiarity with major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Experience with social publishing and analytics tools (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with different teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
