We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused person to join our team as a Sports Betting Ticket Writer. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll be the face of our retail operation, helping customers place bets and answering their questions in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the on-site manager, you’ll provide excellent customer service to all visitors—whether they’re experienced bettors or completely new to sports betting. You’ll learn our full menu of betting options, help customers make informed decisions, process bet tickets accurately, and create a welcoming atmosphere where people want to return.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service to every visitor• Learn our betting options and confidently explain them to customers• Process bet tickets accurately and handle cash transactions• Answer customer questions and help them understand their options• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to your supervisor when needed• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately• Work collaboratively with team members and managers• Stand, write, lift, bend, and reach throughout your shift as part of daily duties
