About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Editor to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you’ll review written content for grammar, punctuation, syntax, and overall clarity. You’ll ensure that all materials follow consistent style guides and formatting standards, and work closely with writers to improve document structure and narrative flow.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing documents for proper grammar, punctuation, syntax, logic, and clarity
• Ensuring consistency with style guides and specialized vocabulary standards
• Editing tables, graphics, and supporting materials to align with accompanying text
• Collaborating with writers to revise and improve content organization
• Communicating feedback clearly and negotiating revisions as needed
Skills/background needed:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
