We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent customer service support by responding to and resolving customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
About the role:
In this fully remote position, you’ll handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support over the phone or through written communication. You’ll focus on first-contact resolution, meaning you’ll work to solve customer issues on your first interaction. You’ll also submit requests to the appropriate teams when needed, manage escalated inquiries with care, and help identify ways to improve our processes and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
Provide phone and written support to customers
Focus on resolving issues on the first contact
Manage and respond to customer requests as they arrive
Escalate and track complex issues appropriately
Maintain knowledge of our programmes and services
Identify process improvements and suggest solutions
Track and report on improvements
Communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
Educate customers on how to use our services
Complete other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Customer-focused and responsive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1–2 years of customer service experience
Background in health or wellness
