About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Report Writer to join our team. You’ll work from home preparing technical reports, organizing scientific data, and communicating findings clearly to internal teams and clients. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone starting a career in technical writing or scientific documentation.
What you’ll do:
• Prepare clear, well-organized technical reports following established guidelines and standards
• Organize and present scientific data, charts, tables, and figures in reports
• Work with data systems to extract and format information accurately
• Communicate findings and summaries from study data to team members and clients
• Maintain detailed records and documentation with careful attention to accuracy
• Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to understand study details and requirements
• Review and improve report processes, templates, and documentation systems
• Meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
• Suggest ideas for process improvements and increased efficiency
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills with ability to explain technical information clearly
• Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to organize work, manage your own time, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
• Team player who works well with colleagues
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred, but all relevant experience will be considered
• Willingness to learn regulatory standards and documentation practices on the job
