About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team in developing and updating technical documentation. You will work closely with government and contractor personnel to create clear, accurate technical materials that translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand documents.

In this position, you will:

• Create and edit technical documentation, including capability requirement documents, white papers, background papers, and briefing materials
• Gather and organize reference documents and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines
• Review and edit documentation for technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Support the formal submission and approval process for technical requirements
• Prepare supporting materials in preparation for key meetings and approvals
• Work effectively within a documentation team to manage multiple projects

This is an on-site role based at our workplace.

What We’re Looking For

You should have:

• A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years of professional work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language
• Comfort working with multiple complex projects with minimal oversight
• Experience working collaboratively with government and contractor teams
• Willingness to learn new tools and software as needed

Knowledge of government processes, security clearance eligibility, or familiarity with design and publishing software is a bonus, but we will train you on everything you need to know.
