About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate documentation for engineering projects. You’ll work with engineers, safety teams, and project managers to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand guides for operators, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation that supports the design, operation and maintenance of engineering systems
• Transform complex engineering information into clear, accessible documentation for different audiences
• Work with engineering, design and safety teams to gather and structure technical information
• Help develop documentation templates and writing standards
• Manage document versions and updates to keep everything current and accurate
• Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance requirements
Skills/background needed
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Experience with document management and version control processes (or willingness to learn)
• Interest in technical writing standards and structured documentation approaches
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
No prior technical writing experience is required. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by an experienced team as you develop your skills.
