We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team supporting aviation services. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our workplace.
We work on modernizing air traffic surveillance systems using advanced broadcast technology that helps aircraft share position data and receive real-time traffic and weather information, enhancing safety and efficiency.
About the role:
You will develop, write, and edit technical and administrative publications including reports, manuals, proposals, and documentation for complex engineering procedures. You’ll ensure all written materials meet established standards for clarity, organization, style, and accuracy. The role includes managing documents through multiple stages of the documentation process, reviewing existing materials for improvements, and providing training and guidance to less experienced writers and technical experts.

Skills/background needed:
No prior technical writing experience is required. We provide full training on all tools and processes.
You should have:
• Strong English language and grammar skills
• Ability to describe information clearly and simply
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research, problem-solve, and think analytically
• A relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience)
Location: Local positions available.
Work environment: Standard full-time schedule in a cubicle environment. This is an on-site role requiring you to work at our workplace location.
