We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll gather, analyze, and compose technical information into clear, readable documents. You’ll translate complex concepts into guides, manuals, and reports that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand. You’ll also work with graphics and visual elements to enhance document quality and usability.
What you’ll do:
• Compose technical documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
• Edit and refine technical descriptions, system specifications, and customer deliverables
• Research topics and apply proper technical terminology throughout your writing
• Organize material and complete writing assignments to set standards for clarity, style, and consistency
• Integrate graphics and visual elements into documents to improve readability and usability

Tools you may use:
You’ll work with standard desktop and laptop computers, and may learn software including Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and basic design or graphics tools. Full training on any specific tools will be provided.
