About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to support our quality and compliance team. You’ll work with various departments to investigate process issues and customer concerns, document findings clearly, and recommend solutions to senior management.
This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop your technical writing and analytical skills in a regulated industry. You’ll gather information from multiple sources, analyze data using standard investigation methods, and communicate complex findings in clear, accessible language. While the work requires independent effort and attention to detail, you’ll receive full training and support to succeed.
What you’ll do
• Research and gather information from internal and external sources to assess the impact of process issues on product quality and safety
• Document and analyze manufacturing and laboratory data using structured investigation methods
• Write clear, detailed reports that explain findings and recommendations to management and regulatory teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures
• Track trends in quality data and suggest ways to prevent future issues
• Communicate technical information to colleagues across different departments
• Meet investigation deadlines and report on progress regularly
Skills/background needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a science field (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related area) or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in a regulated industry, quality assurance, or related field
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, able to read, write, and understand technical materials independently
