About the role
We’re seeking a Technical Writer to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll develop and maintain documentation that supports manufacturing processes and equipment operations. You’ll work on creating clear, accurate technical records and instructions that ensure operations run smoothly and meet regulatory standards.
This is an entry-level position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, and you’ll work alongside experienced team members who will support your development.
What you’ll do
Documentation & Process Support
Author and maintain technical documentation that supports production operations
Create work instructions and setup guides for equipment and processes
Develop and support testing protocols and validation activities
Prepare and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance
Technical Evaluation
Perform technical assessments of components and processes
Document the impact of process changes on operations
Support equipment qualification activities
Team Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, operations, and production teams
Participate in projects related to process improvements and new initiatives
Support team training on documentation and procedures
Skills and background needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is helpful
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn technical concepts and manufacturing processes
Prior experience in a similar environment is beneficial but not required. We provide full training for motivated entry-level candidates.
