Your responsibilities will involve answering incoming live chat messages for businesses, which may include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating promotional offers. You’ll be communicating with customers and prospects in real-time through web-based chat tools.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with stable high-speed internet. Proficiency in basic English writing is also required.
Skills/background needed: This position is designed for entry-level candidates without prior live chat experience, as comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided.
Location: Remote work available throughout the continental United States.
