About This Role:
We’re looking for a Writer/Producer to join our creative team developing original programming. You’ll work on scripting, character development, and storyline creation for weekly episodic content. This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop clear, emotionally engaging characters for on-screen talent
• Write descriptive, captivating storylines for scripted programming
• Collaborate with a team of writers to build compelling narratives
• Review scripts and episodes for continuity, flow, and impact
• Incorporate audience insights and social media trends into story development
• Participate in weekly creative writing team meetings
• Contribute to live production elements where applicable
Skills/Background Needed:
• Writing experience for television, film, or similar media (or equivalent demonstrated skill)
• Familiarity with scriptwriting software and basic production terminology
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
• Understanding of audience demographics and storytelling techniques
• Experience with social media and digital content is a plus
• Previous exposure to on-screen talent or production environments is beneficial but not required
