This is a fully remote position where you’ll review writing samples and evaluation outputs against quality standards. You’ll compare responses, provide structured feedback, and help identify patterns that improve our systems. No prior experience required—we provide full training on our evaluation process and quality standards.

What you’ll do
• Review and evaluate writing samples against provided quality guidelines
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger one with written reasoning
• Label issues (such as instruction-following failures or policy violations) using structured categories
• Flag unclear prompts or edge cases for the review team
• Maintain consistent quality by calibrating regularly against provided reference examples
• Document common issues to help improve future training cycles
• Complete audit batches and report on consistency patterns
Skills/background needed
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to apply guidelines consistently across multiple tasks
• Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• No prior experience necessary—we provide full training on our evaluation rubrics and processes
Nice to have
• Background in content review, writing, or quality assurance
• Experience with calibration or consistency workflows
• Subject-matter expertise in any writing domain
