About the role:
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who loves social media and wants to help take content from idea to publication. You’ll work directly with the team to support client accounts, keep content moving, and contribute wherever execution support is needed each week.
What you’ll do:
Edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTokCreate on-brand graphics, carousels, and social media assets using CanvaSchedule and publish content across client social platformsAssist with caption writing and content preparationEngage with client audiences through comments and community interactionOrganize and maintain weekly content calendarsPrepare and set up client feeds for upcoming weeksMake content revisions as requestedAttend scheduled team and client meetingsSupport weekly client deliverables and meet deadlinesMaintain consistency with each client’s branding, voice, and visual style
Skills/background needed:
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trendsComfort with editing short-form video contentExperience with Canva (or willingness to learn quickly)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksReliable, responsive, and communicativeAbility to take direction and work independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, growing environmentDetail-oriented and able to adapt between different brand stylesAvailable to attend scheduled meetings with the teamPrior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is helpful but not required. No formal experience necessary—full training will be provided.
Contract length:Part-time, ongoing
Rate:Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
