We’re a financial services company specializing in lending solutions. We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team and help customers navigate their accounts with professionalism and care.
Roles: Handle inbound customer service calls for loan products. Provide exceptional support while guiding customers through inquiries, payments, and account requests. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information. Accurately record and document customer interactions. Identify recurring issues and trends. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time position.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training is provided. We’re looking for people who demonstrate strong customer service instincts, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure. You should be comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. A courteous, professional, and positive demeanor is essential. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Location: Hybrid position. Monday through Wednesday at our office location; Thursday and Friday with the option to work from home.
