About the role:
Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for content creation? Do you enjoy capturing compelling moments and sharing authentic stories? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative part-time Content Creator to document student-athlete journeys and bring our community to life across social media.
This is your chance to be the visual voice of an academic and athletic program, documenting the dedication, triumphs, and daily experiences that define student-athlete life.
What you’ll do:
Content Capture: Photograph and film student-athletes in action during training, classes, and community events, capturing high-quality visual moments.
Storytelling: Write compelling captions and posts that tell authentic stories of individual students and the programme as a whole.
Social Media Management: Post content regularly across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms. Monitor engagement and adapt to current trends to reach your audience.
Event Coverage: Attend and document academy events, training sessions, and activities during daytime hours.
Editing and Production: Edit photos and videos into polished, engaging content ready for social media distribution.
Community Features: Help create and share spotlights and stories that inspire current and future students.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need years of professional experience—we’re looking for enthusiasm, creativity, and the willingness to learn. Full training will be provided. Here’s what matters:
Essential skills and background:
• A passion for visual storytelling and a portfolio (or examples of work) showing you can create engaging content
• Interest in youth sports and athletics
• Experience creating or managing content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or similar platforms
• Reliable daytime availability to attend events at least one day per week
• Ability to commit 5–20 hours per month, with flexibility around event scheduling
• Access to your own camera or high-quality mobile device for photo and video capture
Ideal qualities:
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to identify content opportunities
• Energetic and approachable—able to quickly build rapport with students, families, and staff to capture natural moments
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering polished, consistent content
Contract type: Part-time contract
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location: Mixed on-site and remote. On-site presence required at least one day per week for event coverage; editing and scheduling completed remotely.
