About This Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Content Creator to join our team. You’ll create engaging, high-impact content designed to reach and engage audiences across TikTok and Instagram. Your content will help users make informed decisions by translating insights into clear, useful, and trustworthy social storytelling.
This is a remote position where you’ll work from home, developing new content formats, testing ideas based on performance data, and collaborating with other creative teams to build content that drives real value for our audience.
What You’ll Do
Social Strategy & Content Creation: You’ll produce vertical video and graphics for TikTok and Instagram, creating 4-5 pieces weekly and daily story content. You’ll manage the content calendar and continuously test different hooks, captions, and formats to improve performance.
Creative Development: You’ll pitch new content ideas and angles, spot timely opportunities, and turn them into relevant social content that aligns with our brand voice.
Collaboration: You’ll work with editorial and other creative teams to transform articles and reviews into engaging social-first concepts.
Performance Tracking: You’ll monitor analytics, identify platform trends, and share insights with the team to inform future content strategy.
Skills/Background Needed
We’re looking for someone with experience creating social-first content (ideally 1-2 years, though we welcome those just starting out). You should be comfortable with:
Creating vertical video and social content independently, from idea to posting
Writing platform-specific captions and hooks that engage audiences
Identifying trends and turning them into content ideas
Understanding what motivates audiences and creating content that drives action
Reviewing analytics and using performance data to improve your work
Adapting quickly to platform changes and new strategies
Proficiency with: Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media scheduling tools
Experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus but not required.
No prior professional experience is necessary—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
