We’re looking for a Social Media Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management and distribution of content across major social platforms, working to optimize performance, grow audiences, and drive engagement for our content and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including content creation, editing, publishing, monitoring, moderation, and client relationships
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience growth across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others
Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, production, and operations to ensure alignment of initiatives with overall objectives
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategy
Implement processes and workflows to streamline content distribution and ensure efficiency and accuracy
Work with external partners including platforms, creators, and clients as needed
Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement innovative approaches
Develop new business opportunities for content growth and engagement
Skills/background needed:
Strong interest in social media strategy and digital content distribution
Familiarity with major social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and metrics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management platforms
Knowledge of platform best practices and content principles
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
No prior professional experience required – full training will be provided. We welcome applications from those new to social media management who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
