We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Associate to help build and grow our online presence across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll create engaging content, manage our social media channels, and help analyze how our posts are performing. You’ll work with a supportive team to develop creative campaigns, connect with our audience, and strengthen our brand voice online.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Canva and media editing software.
Manage daily social media operations, including interacting with followers, responding to messages, and engaging with relevant posts.
Monitor trends and engage with your audience to build community relationships and manage our online reputation.
Use best practices in content marketing and keyword research to help improve content visibility and engagement.
Track social media performance metrics regularly to understand what’s working and optimize content strategies for better results.
Collaborate with team members to align messaging and execute brand-building initiatives.
Skills/background needed
Passion for social media and content creation – no prior professional experience required.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and how to create content for them.
Basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn tools like Canva.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity about digital marketing trends and analytics.
