About the role

We’re looking for a creative, organised person to help bring our social media channels to life. You’ll work closely with management to create, publish, and grow engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role that starts focused on content creation, with the opportunity to expand into broader marketing responsibilities as you grow with us.

What you’ll do

Content Creation & Publishing

You’ll help create and publish content including:

Before-and-after posts and transformations

Educational carousel posts

Short-form videos including trends, skits, and original ideas

Stories that engage and grow our community

Behind-the-scenes and day-to-day studio moments

Creative content that fits our brand

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Brainstorm content ideas and research trending topics

Film clients, team members, and daily studio moments

Coordinate content shoots and filming sessions

Direct and guide people on camera

Coordinate with clients and team members for content needs

Use editing tools like Canva and CapCut for light editing and production

Keep content consistent, on-brand, and engaging

What success looks like

You’ll start by working closely with management to increase posting frequency, improve content quality, and bring fresh creativity to our social channels. As you become comfortable and confident, the goal is for you to take more ownership of the content calendar, filming, posting, and day-to-day execution with less direct oversight. Success is simply great, consistent content that connects with our community.

Career growth

This role can expand significantly as you develop. With confidence and ownership, you may move into broader marketing work including email campaigns, community partnerships, brand collaborations, paid advertising, and marketing analysis. As we grow, the role grows with you, with potential to help build and lead a wider marketing team.

Skills/background needed

You don’t need years of professional experience—we prioritise creativity, initiative, and good judgment over credentials.

Essential qualities:

You’ve created and posted content before (for a business, personal social media, school, freelance work, side project, or anything else)

Creative and full of ideas

Comfortable creating and editing short-form video

Comfortable filming and directing people

Proactive and well-organised

Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities as the business grows
