We’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media & Content Creator to help build our online presence and bring authentic, engaging content to life.
This isn’t a typical desk-and-schedule-posts role. We need someone who can spot moments worth capturing, turn everyday activities into content people actually want to watch, and help your team shine on social media.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks
- Create fun, relatable skits and promotional videos with your team
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during projects and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create before-and-after content and project footage
- Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing use
- Design graphics, promotional posts, and marketing materials using tools like Canva
- Stay current with trending sounds, challenges, and social media trends
- Develop new content ideas and campaign concepts
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Track social media performance and identify what content is working best
- Build the company’s online presence and attract attention to our services

Skills/Background Needed
Previous experience in social media, content creation, photography, video editing, or marketing is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Canva, video editing software, photography, or social media analytics is a plus. We care most about your creativity and what you can create—bring a portfolio or examples of your work if you have them.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, on-site with occasional travel to filming locations. Compensation provided for travel.
