We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts. You’ll help build and maintain our online presence by researching best practices, managing our website, creating digital content, and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a fully remote role perfect for someone starting their career in digital marketing and communications. You’ll work with a supportive team, gain hands-on experience with real tools and strategies, and develop skills that are in high demand.
What You’ll Be Doing
Digital Marketing Support:
• Research and apply SEO best practices to improve website visibility
• Assist the content team in creating search-engine-friendly content
• Help create, manage, and track digital advertising campaigns on social platforms
• Update business profile information on Google and other online directories
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress
• Build new web pages as needed
• Help identify the right messaging and channels for different audiences
Research & Administration:
• Research emerging digital marketing trends and tools
• Maintain and organize email lists using marketing platforms
• Schedule and send marketing emails
• Assist with content writing, editing, and proofreading
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed: No prior marketing experience necessary. We provide full training on all tools and processes. Ideal candidates have a strong interest in digital marketing, excellent written communication skills, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable learning new software and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. Any experience with website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar), email marketing platforms, social media, or paid advertising is a bonus but not required.
