About the role:
We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented people to join our customer support team as a Chat Support Representative. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to help you succeed.
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers who need help with product issues. You’ll communicate with customers via chat, phone, and email to understand their concerns, gather information, and find solutions. You’ll also work with our operations and logistics teams to process replacements and track cases to completion.
This is a great opportunity to develop customer service skills, learn how claims and product resolution work, and grow within a supportive remote team.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to customers via chat, phone, and email to address their concerns about products
• Listen carefully to understand what customers need and stay calm when they’re frustrated
• Collect and verify information needed to support customer requests
• Process replacement orders accurately and keep detailed notes on every case
• Follow up on cases to make sure they’re resolved on time
• Work with other teams across the company to get things done
Skills and background needed:
• Friendly, patient attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to stay calm and professional, even in stressful situations
• Clear communication skills—both written and spoken
• Good at organizing information and managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable using email and basic computer programs
• Reliable, dedicated, and happy to work as part of a team
• Quick to learn and eager to develop new skills
No prior customer service or claims experience is required. We’ll train you on everything you need to know.
