Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work on-site and contribute to the development of clinical education content, digital materials, social media, and learning resources. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical knowledge with excellent writing and presentation skills, is comfortable creating professional social media content, and can help translate evidence-based information into engaging educational materials. Basic video editing experience is helpful but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with developing, composing, reviewing, editing, and proofreading clinical, educational, and marketing materials
• Develop new clinical education content for online and in-person learning, including courses, presentations, handouts, webinars, and educational resources
• Support the development and improvement of learning platforms and course content for clinical education
• Research and evaluate current clinical literature to support evidence-based educational projects
• Create, review, edit, and post professional social media content in collaboration with the marketing team
• Identify relevant social media topics and educational content opportunities for healthcare professionals
• Review and draft clinical articles, educational pieces, website content, and professional communications
• Assist with recording and editing educational or social media videos
• Occasionally travel to provide clinical support and education through seminars, presentations, training, and educational programmes at various facilities and professional conferences
• Perform other clinical education and content-development duties as assigned
Skills and Background Needed:
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate clinical concepts accurately and clearly to professional audiences
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Strong public speaking, teaching, and presentation skills
• Experience with social media platforms and the ability to create, edit, schedule, and post professional content
• Understanding of current trends and best practices in digital education and online learning
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with webinars, virtual education, and online learning tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and email
• Ability to organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with clinical, marketing, and technical teams
• Strong time-management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Professional conduct and sound judgment when representing the organisation and communicating clinical information
• Basic or intermediate video editing skills are a plus but not required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required
• Clinical experience in speech-language pathology required
• Experience developing clinical education or digital learning content is preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
• Speech-Language Pathology certification
• Applicable state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
Contract Length: Full-time, permanent
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
