Job Description:
We are looking for someone to help with inbound customer enquiries, sales support, and general marketing. No cold calling involved—all sales are inbound, and you’ll be helping customers select equipment and machinery for their business needs. Most of our customers are small business owners, and your role is to help them find the right products to support their growth.
You will get hands-on experience with our equipment and learn about product manufacturing processes while also taking on marketing and content creation responsibilities. This is a multi-tasking role where you’ll wear different hats across the company and gain broad experience. You’ll spend part of your time working directly with and testing the equipment you’re supporting, giving you practical knowledge of what you’re selling. Some travel may be required for initial training and team meetings.
Typical Day:
Your day might include: responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing product recommendations and sales support, answering customer questions, creating and editing content for the website and blog, managing social media accounts, developing marketing strategies, hands-on work with equipment, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Skills and Background Needed:
Detail-oriented and organised • Strong computer skills and comfort with standard business software • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Outgoing and personable communication style • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions with minimal guidance • Strong problem-solving abilities • Confident writing skills • Comfortable speaking in front of others • Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges
