Junior Copywriter – Work From Home

We help people and brands connect in meaningful ways through creative solutions. To do this, you’ll work with an integrated team of strategists, designers, copywriters, content producers, and developers to shape compelling brand messaging for the clients you support.

A copywriter in this role is responsible for bringing smart, original thinking to every project, paired with a clear understanding of what makes creative work effective. You’ll process information and feedback from clients and colleagues, and articulate ideas and creative choices with clarity and persuasion.

You’ll report to a senior copywriter or creative director and often work alongside designers. You should be skilled in collaboration, communication, and creative thinking – and eager to grow in all these areas.

In this role, you will:

• Actively participate in group discussions and creative meetings
• Work with external production partners including production companies, audio production, and talent
• Volunteer for targeted needs and learning opportunities
• Collaborate positively with colleagues across all disciplines
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Manage your time to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Help create, organize, and present effective presentations
• Guide junior team members when needed
• Use industry-standard tools efficiently and effectively
• Pay close attention to detail in all work
• Write confidently for different digital platforms
• Write for video and broadcast production
• Maintain strong working relationships with proofreaders
• Explore multiple creative solutions and self-edit your work

Prior copywriting experience is not required to apply. A college degree is welcomed but not essential – your knowledge, portfolio, and enthusiasm for writing matter more. We provide full training and mentorship for entry-level candidates.
