About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand to life online. You’ll own our social presence, produce eye-catching content, and tell compelling stories to a nationwide community of engaged followers.
This role is a great fit for someone who blends creative talent with a strong work ethic—a photographer, videographer, designer, and storyteller rolled into one. You’ll be creating authentic, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Grow followers and engagement while building an active online community
Respond to customer comments and messages
Track engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance
Creative & Content Development
Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content
Assist with product photography and video production
Coordinate creative assets for advertising and marketing campaigns
Write blog posts, product descriptions, and website content
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Skills/background needed:
Experience creating social media content and/or digital marketing (we provide full training)
Hands-on skills with graphic design and short-form video tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong copywriting and communication skills
A creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfort with photography and video capture (or willingness to learn)
Passion for the subject matter and authentic storytelling
What We’re Looking For
Experience creating content for an e-commerce brand is a plus
Familiarity with SEO best practices for blog and product content
Knowledge of AI tools for content productivity
Role: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time permanent
