Chat Support Associate (Full Time, Entry Level)

Role: Chat Support Associate

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: On-site position available

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

We’re looking for friendly, problem-solving people to join our customer support team. Our mission is to deliver excellent service to every customer, and we believe the best way to do that is by training people well and letting them bring their own personality to conversations. You won’t be reading from a script—instead, we’ll give you the tools and training you need to genuinely help customers solve their problems.

About the role

As a Chat Support Associate, you’ll handle customer conversations via chat, email, and phone. Your job is to understand what customers need, solve their problems, and sometimes educate them about how to get the most from our services. You’ll work with other teams to remove any blockers and make sure customers have a great experience from start to finish. Every conversation you have directly impacts how customers feel about us, and that’s how we build loyalty.

What you’ll be doing

• Take customer contacts via chat, email, and phone to understand and address their questions and issues
• Resolve customer problems using the tools, resources, and processes we provide you
• Escalate to managers or partner teams when needed
• Listen actively and respond with genuine empathy in every interaction
• Use AI-assisted tools to help you resolve issues faster and better
• Meet productivity and schedule targets
• Consistently deliver high-quality service that keeps customers satisfied
• Share observations about common issues with your team and suggest ideas for improvements

Hours

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Your schedule will fall between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with shifts staggered throughout that window. During your shift, you’ll receive customer contacts and help them with their questions and issues. Your schedule is normally standard week-to-week, but we may adjust it based on customer demand, and you may occasionally be asked to work weekends or national holidays. You’ll learn your exact schedule closer to your start date.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine desire to help customers
• The ability to listen carefully and stay calm under pressure
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Reliability and the ability to meet schedules and targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• No prior customer service experience is necessary—we provide full training

What success looks like

We measure your success by the quality of your work and how well you help customers. This includes how satisfied customers are with your service, how often you solve problems on the first contact, and the feedback you receive from your team and peers.

Training and support

You’ll receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about our products, our processes, and how to communicate effectively with customers. Throughout your time with us, you’ll have ongoing support from managers and colleagues who want to see you succeed.
