Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create engaging written content, manage client communications, and help maintain accurate records and reports. You’ll work with our team to deliver high-quality work while providing excellent service to clients and colleagues. No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training.
What you’ll do:
• Create clear, professional written content including emails, reports, and correspondence
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and external contacts
• Maintain accurate records and update daily reports and documentation
• Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Participate in training programmes and ongoing learning opportunities
• Support the team in delivering excellent service to clients
Skills/background needed:
• Customer service or communication experience (1-2 years preferred, but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills – comfortable with typing and writing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warm, friendly, and helpful approach to working with others
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working flexible hours when needed
• Reliable and detail-oriented
