About the role:
We’re looking for an Entry Level Content Writer & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll create compelling content including stories, videos, web copy, and social media posts. You’ll work on internal communications, digital media campaigns, and brand-building projects. This is a full-time position offering considerable independence and opportunity to develop your skills across multiple content formats.
What you’ll do:
• Work with team leaders and stakeholders to develop content projects and campaigns
• Create original copy for websites, social media channels, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials
• Develop messages and visuals for digital and social media content
• Maintain consistent communications standards and editorial style
• Document and evaluate project performance
• Collaborate with creative staff and other team members
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to support organizational goals
• Represent the department in meetings with colleagues and other stakeholders
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (training provided for entry-level candidates)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with or willingness to learn Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms
• Ability to work well with creative team members and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for storytelling and digital content creation
Location:
Hybrid role with flexibility. On-site attendance required approximately 3 days per week. Occasional travel to other office locations for in-person meetings may be needed.
