Content Writer & Marketing Strategist – Entry Level

About the role

We are hiring a Content Writer & Marketing Strategist to own our marketing strategy and execution. You will decide who we sell to, create the assets that attract them, and hand our sales team ready opportunities. This is not a pure content role—you own the full pipeline, from identifying targets through measuring results.

What you will own

Marketing runs across seven key steps, and you will lead six of them:

1. Identify target customers—specific businesses and people you want to reach.
2. Attract them where they already spend time.
3. Capture their attention and collect their details.
4. Nurture relationships until they are ready to buy.
5. Hand sales a qualified opportunity (sales closes from there).
6. Measure what worked, what cost, and the value created.
7. Improve and repeat based on quarterly and yearly plans, not one campaign at a time.

What you will create

Product videos and photography, web pages and updates, email campaigns, social media content, promotional materials, and brand guidelines to keep everything consistent. You will receive a working template and design system on day one to build from.

How success is measured

Your performance is tracked by qualified leads and pipeline value generated from marketing. Your first 90 days follow a structured roadmap: identify what is holding us back, talk with customers, review what already works, place a strategic bet, and bring one recommendation. Every proposal you make includes a clear bet: what you believe, what it costs, what results it should produce, and how we will know if it worked.

Who you are

You understand how data drives marketing decisions and can show what changed because of a campaign you planned. You bring strategic bets with a timeline and execute them without needing approval for every step. You speak directly about where you will succeed and where you might struggle, then work to improve. You create video, photography, and design fast enough that it does not become a bottleneck. If you have experience in related industries, that is a plus—but curiosity and genuine interest in customers will close any gaps.

Entry-level friendly

This role is open to those with relevant skills or portfolio work, even without formal marketing experience. Full training and guidance will be provided. You will work closely with leadership to develop your strategy and grow your skills in real-world scenarios.
