Overview:
This is an entry-level opportunity to develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials. You’ll gain experience in technical writing, translating complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation, and collaborating with teams across an organization. No prior experience required—full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
Develop & Maintain Documentation:
Create, update, and refine policies and procedures under guidance from experienced team members. Work with department managers and subject matter experts to ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with organizational standards. Participate in regular reviews of existing materials to keep them current.
Impact Assessment & Process Updates:
Learn to evaluate how regulatory and operational changes affect existing policies and procedures. Work alongside business leaders and compliance teams to ensure documentation stays accurate and timely.
Training Material Development:
Help create training guides, job aids, and reference materials to support process implementation. Collaborate with training teams to ensure clear knowledge transfer across the organization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with operations, compliance, IT, and training teams. Provide writing support for audits, regulatory reviews, and quality assurance efforts.
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and structure information clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Willingness to learn industry-specific terminology and practices
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
