About the Role
We’re looking for an Entry Level Content Writer & Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day project coordination tasks, working with clients, internal teams, and creative staff to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
You’ll be responsible for proofreading and quality-checking print and digital materials, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines, and managing multiple projects at once. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience in content coordination, project management, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proofreading print and digital materials for accuracy and completeness• Working with clients to ensure projects meet deadlines and requirements• Coordinating with creative teams to implement revisions and changes• Tracking project progress and communicating status updates• Posting and scheduling digital content as needed• Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment• Supporting the broader team to achieve organisational goals
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel• Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Willingness to learn the production process• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• A collaborative mindset and team-focused approach• Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent proofreading/content experience)• No prior project coordination experience required – full training will be provided
