We’re looking for a Customer Service and Processing Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. You’ll provide application processing and customer support for clients across the country. No prior experience is necessary – we provide full training to get you started.
Roles: In this role, you will handle quality control on projects, maintain organized filing systems for applications and supporting documents, take customer service calls, enter customer and project data into systems, respond to emails and phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner. You’ll also safeguard confidential customer information and may support colleagues through peer training and job shadowing as needed.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing role.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent and strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer service, call handling, or chat support is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is expected. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Self-motivation and the ability to follow through on difficult tasks professionally are essential. A genuine interest in making a positive environmental impact is valued.
