About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our team in a fully remote role. You’ll work at the intersection of AI tools and content creation — taking AI-generated drafts and refining them into polished, professional content that educates customers and prospects. This is a high-volume writing role built for someone who writes quickly, edits with precision, and enjoys working with AI writing tools every day.
What You’ll Do
• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy for blogs, case studies, product pages, email campaigns, social posts, and marketing materials
• Use AI writing tools to generate first drafts from briefs, then rewrite and fact-check them for accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Publish finalized content to platforms including content management systems, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
• Maintain a content calendar and meet production deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
• Apply brand voice and style guidelines consistently across all content types
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align copy with campaign goals
• Flag any inaccuracies, logical gaps, or compliance concerns in AI-generated content and escalate when needed
• Track basic content performance metrics and use insights to improve future drafts
Skills/background needed
• 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, journalism, or a related field (internships count)
• Comfortable using AI writing tools daily and willing to build a workflow around them
• Strong editing instincts: you can spot weak logic, off-brand tone, and factual errors quickly
• Excellent written English with a clear, clean style that explains complex ideas simply
• Ability to manage multiple content requests at the same time and meet deadlines independently
• Experience with at least one content management system and basic publishing workflows
• Portfolio of 3–5 writing samples (AI-assisted work is welcome; show us your editing process)
Bonus: Experience with marketing platforms, SEO fundamentals, or writing for B2B audiences
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
