Junior Marketing Coordinator – Full Time

We’re looking for an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our creative services team. You’ll assist with all aspects of marketing and advertising, working on campaigns, social media, email marketing, and creative content production. No prior experience required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn to manage multiple projects, work with design and marketing tools, leverage AI for content creation, and collaborate with a supportive team. Roles: Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks including content creation, social media management, email campaign setup, graphic design, website updates, and administrative support. You’ll also help coordinate events and vendor relationships as needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and produce engaging marketing materials and messaging for multiple campaigns
  • Use AI tools to help speed up content creation, copywriting, and campaign production
  • Design and deploy email marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn—including creating content, writing copy, scheduling posts, and creating ads
  • Track campaign and social media performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain brand identity standards across all marketing materials
  • Assist with website and landing page updates; learn SEO best practices
  • Support event coordination and setup
  • Handle general administrative tasks for the department

Skills/background needed:

  • Comfortable using design and AI tools (such as Canva, ChatGPT, or Claude)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of website platforms and analytics tools is helpful but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
