• Build, schedule, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring error-free messaging and mobile-optimized design

• Own loyalty and referral programs end-to-end, measuring success by repeat rate and file retention

• Drive email list capture and SMS growth strategies, balancing targets with list quality and deliverability standards

• Build audience logic and suppression strategies to optimize paid media spending on lapsed and high-value customers

• Coordinate with merchandising and operations teams to align messaging with inventory levels and product launches

• Partner on transactional messaging, review solicitation, and return communications to diagnose and reduce churn

• Deliver monthly revenue and customer file forecasts

• Design and execute tests across campaigns to measure true incremental revenue and continuously optimize performance

• Protect brand equity and file health by governing send frequency, promotional depth, and compliance standards

• Manage relationships and performance reviews with retention technology vendors and platforms

Skills/background needed: 3+ years of hands-on lifecycle, retention, or email marketing experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce. Proficiency with email marketing platforms and ecommerce software. Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, personalization, and analytics. Experience with data visualization tools, spreadsheets, and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ownership of a customer file or retention metric. Excellent attention to detail, project management, and written communication skills. Experience managing loyalty, referral, or membership programs is valued. Experience with testing and incrementality measurement is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies.
