We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Live Chat Support Agent. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them get the most out of their accounts and services.
You’ll work with customers from the moment they join us, guiding them through setup and training, then continuing to support them with regular check-ins and account reviews. You’ll also work across internal teams to address customer needs and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Customer Onboarding & Training
Lead customers through onboarding after they sign up with us. Coordinate introductions, account setup, and training on how to use our platform and services. Answer onboarding questions and work with internal teams to solve any issues that come up. Keep customer information accurate and organized.
Customer Relationship Management
Be the main contact for customers after they’re set up. Stay in regular touch through scheduled check-ins and reviews based on what they need. Learn about each customer’s goals and requirements. Spot any concerns early and coordinate solutions with the right internal teams. Keep customer details and account information up to date. Help with customer requests for changes to their settings and services.
Data & Reporting
Prepare and share customer performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis. Analyze customer activity, usage patterns, and performance data. Turn that data into clear, useful insights for customers. Spot trends that show risk, growth opportunities, or areas for improvement.
Account Growth & Health
Monitor how customers are using their accounts and how satisfied they are. Identify opportunities to help them get more value from our services. Spot at-risk accounts and work with the right teams to keep customers happy and loyal.
Support Coordination
Help coordinate customer requests and work with our support team on technical issues. Keep customers updated as issues are resolved. Flag any big or recurring problems that could affect their account or satisfaction.
Process Improvement
Follow established processes for onboarding, training, and account management. Help improve customer-facing materials and workflows. Look for ways to make the customer experience better. Use tools and technology to work more efficiently and consistently.
Skills/background needed: You’ll ideally have some customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, or client services. You’re comfortable managing multiple customer relationships and priorities. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re analytical and detail-oriented. You’re proficient in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools, including basic formulas and data analysis. You’re comfortable with customer relationship management systems and project tracking tools. You’re organized, follow through on commitments, and can work independently. You’re comfortable learning and using modern productivity and automation tools. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Experience with cloud-based services, customer reporting, or security-related industries is a plus, but not required.
