Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and patient Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find answers to their questions and resolving any issues they may have. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build strong customer relationships from home.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Support
Respond to customer messages via live chat, email, and other channels, answering questions about products and services. Listen carefully to understand what customers need and provide helpful, accurate information. Work to solve problems quickly and professionally, always keeping the customer’s satisfaction in mind.
Order and Transaction Support
Help customers with order-related questions, including product selection, pricing, and delivery timelines. Process basic order information accurately and send customers invoices, payment details, and delivery updates in a timely manner. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered smoothly.
Sales Support
Assist customers with product recommendations, pricing inquiries, and special requests. Follow up on quotes and proposals. Help create a positive shopping experience that encourages customers to make purchases and return in the future.
Handling Issues and Complaints
Listen to customers with patience and empathy when they have concerns. Investigate problems carefully and work toward fair solutions. Follow company guidelines to resolve complaints and ensure customers feel heard and valued.
General Duties
Stay informed about products and industry updates. Provide feedback to your manager about what customers are asking for. Support your team members when needed. Take on additional tasks as assigned.
Skills/Background Needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training to get you up to speed. You should have strong communication skills, be comfortable multitasking, and genuinely enjoy helping people. Ability to type accurately and work well in a chat-based environment is important. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. We welcome entry-level candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
