We’re looking for a Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing team and help merchants and retail partners with support across multiple channels. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with the company while building meaningful customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for merchants and customers, handling inquiries through live chat, email, and phone calls. You’ll help customers with application processing, account questions, and general support needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Handle inbound chat, phone, and email inquiries from customers and merchants
Provide accurate, timely responses to account and application questions
Assist with back-office processes to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with customers
Manage multiple requests at once in a fast-paced environment
Work flexibly across different tasks as the business evolves
Take ownership of customer satisfaction throughout their experience
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills (written and verbal), reliability, and the ability to work independently. You should be comfortable multitasking, learning quickly, and knowing when to ask for help. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is helpful but not essential. Experience with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools is a plus.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide. This is a fully remote position. You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace where you can take calls and video meetings without distraction.
