We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our automotive repair team. In this role, you’ll be the link between our service technicians and customers, documenting vehicle recommendations, writing estimates, and ensuring every customer has a smooth experience from arrival to pickup.
What you’ll do:
• Learn and apply service procedures and best practices• Build knowledge of vehicle systems and common repairs needed• Document and communicate service recommendations to customers in clear, friendly language• Write estimates and process service orders accurately• Answer customer questions about their vehicles and the work being done• Help customers understand what their vehicle needs and why• Keep track of multiple customer vehicles and manage your time across priorities• Build positive relationships with repeat customers• Work as part of a supportive team environment
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience necessary—we provide full training• Basic computer skills and comfort learning point-of-sale systems• Ability to communicate clearly with customers• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor• Valid driver’s license• Genuine interest in learning about vehicles and customer service
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part Time
