About the role:
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help build brand presence and manage social media campaigns for our clients. You’ll create engaging content across multiple platforms, grow online communities, and track campaign performance to drive real results.
This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in social media management and content creation.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute organic and paid social media campaign strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Google My Business
• Create, write, and format engaging content that supports client goals and resonates with their audiences
• Maintain social media content calendars and post regularly across assigned accounts
• Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments, and engage with communities
• Develop content for multiple channels including email, websites, and other digital platforms
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics to measure success
• Create performance reports for internal team and clients
• Research social media trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
Skills/background needed:
• Strong interest in social media and content marketing
• Experience creating social media content or managing accounts (personal or professional)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok)
• Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple projects
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Willingness to provide writing samples as part of the application
