Role: Technical Writer
Contract length: Full Time

About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team. You’ll work with product managers and subject matter experts to create clear, user-friendly documentation for our products. This includes writing user guides, installation manuals, quick start guides, and release notes.
What you’ll be doing:
• Develop and maintain technical documentation that’s easy for customers to understand
• Work with product teams to gather information and create comprehensive guides
• Create illustrations and graphics to support written content
• Design templates and formats for technical documents
• Review and edit documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Plan documentation projects and meet release deadlines
• Examine documentation from a customer perspective to identify improvements
• Support team members on projects as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Ability to write clearly and explain complex topics in user-friendly language
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Comfortable learning new tools and processes
• Ability to work well with subject matter experts and team members
• Good verbal and written communication skills
What we’re looking for:

If you have any relevant experience with documentation, software, or hardware writing, that’s a plus. We provide full training on the tools and processes you’ll use.
